Motorcycle ride to benefit animal rescue effort

NEW PALESTINE — Frenzy Animal Rescue will host its third annual benefit ride and poker run June 27.

Registration for the event starts at 10 a.m. at New Palestine Elementary School. The first bike will leave at 11 a.m.

Advanced tickets are $15 for a single rider and $20 for riders with a passenger.

Cost is $20 on day of event for single rider and $25 for riders with passenger.

The journey for cards will first stop in Edinburgh, with the second stop in Bloomington and the third stop in Mooresville. The last and final card draw will be back in New Palestine around 5 p.m.

All proceeds benefit Frenzy Animal Rescue, a no-kill shelter in New Palestine.
