Michael Bronnenberg, 71, of Fountaintown, passed away May 18, 2015, at his residence with his family at his side. He was born Nov. 1, 1943, in Anderson, to the late Kenneth & Fern (White) Bronnenberg.

He was a 1961 graduate of Hancock Central High School. He served in Vietnam with the Army D151 Rangers in 1968 and 1969 and Indiana Rangers National Guard. He was a member of the Morristown American Legion #102, Morristown V.F.W., member of the Humane Society of Indianapolis and was a member of the Fairview Methodist Church in Shelby, County. He owned and operated Country Upholstery for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Bronnenberg, of Fountaintown, whom he married on Feb. 20, 1976; son, Jed Bronnenberg; daughter, Megan (Scott) Power; sisters, Sandra Bowman, Dinah Bronnenberg; brothers-in-law, Neill (Sandra) McKinstray, James (Merrie) McKinstray, C.B. Bowman; three grandchildren, Troy, Thad, Tatum; several nieces and nephews and another son, Mike Bronnenberg.

Visitation will be from Noon until time of service at the funeral home. Celebration of Life services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday May 31, 2015, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield with Military Rites to follow.
