Ivy Sue Haines, 23 months, of New Palestine, passed away on May 19, 2015 in Indianapolis. She was born on June 15, 2013, in Indianapolis to Christopher Haines and Alexis Phillips.
Survivors include brothers, Gary Haines, Allen and Wolf Phillips; sister, Jaylynn Haines and grandparents, Susan and Dennis Bushi, Jeff and Jean Haines, Lorie and Tom Madden and James and Colette Hughes.
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. up until the time of service at the mortuary. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel with Burial will be in the Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
