Janie Carlene Nicholson, 57, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015. She was born on March 29, 1958, in Greenfield, as the daughter of David O. and Joyce M. (Moss) Nicholson.
Janie is survived by her son, Cody Ray Ramsey of Greenfield; daughter, Shy Anne Ramsey-Hauck of Greenfield; brother, Jason Nicholson of Greenfield; two sisters, Julie Lopez and Joy VanAlst both of Greenfield; significant other, Joseph Hornbeck and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David O. and Joyce M. (Moss) Nicholson and sister, Debbie Rose.
Visitation will be held at 12 – 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 2 p.m. Pastor Matt Wickham will be officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
