March 25

Danny L. Williams pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; restitution to Indiana Department of Transportation for damage to be determined; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $768.

Jason E. Hill pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; no contact with victim. Fine and cost: $168.

Kevin A. Buford pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $568.

Rexanna Langford pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Lance Wheatley pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $280.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 365 days. David A. Hogston pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Joseph Barbour pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 28 days executed and 517 days suspended; 517 days drug and alcohol probation; 365 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 213 days; 365 days of alcohol monitoring; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
