March 19

Patrick Seigneurie pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to Walmart for $45; money management class. Fine and cost: $168.

Kayla D. Fancher pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 323 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Justin Alexander pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.

Daisy M. Wakeland pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 46 days executed and 319 days suspended; 319 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $568.

Justin Beagle pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with two days executed and 58 days suspended; 363 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $200 drug interdiction fee; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw for $280.50. Fine and cost: $768.

William E. Fox pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 28 days in jail with 28 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Shannon Welsh pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 225 days in jail with 225 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $368.
