Charles Jackson “C.J.” Silence, 32, of Greenfield, passed away April 26, 2015 at his home in Greenfield. He was born Dec. 14, 1982, in Indianapolis, to Michael Silence and Mary Silence (Johnson).
C.J. attended high school in Greenfield, and later received his GED. After completing his education, he was employed in the environmental management services up until the time of his passing.
C.J. is survived by his mother, Mary Silence; his sisters, Kathy Silence of Indianapolis, Candi Ettinger (Tom) of Indianapolis, Kim Bryan (Mike) of Ark., Starr Titara of Indianapolis; his brothers, Michael Silence, Jr. (Terri) of Indianapolis, Jason Titara (Chris) of Wilkinson.
C.J. is preceded in death by his father, Michael Silence.
Visitation for C.J. will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Hendryx Mortuaries in Cumberland. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2015, at the funeral home immediately following the visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made in C.J.’s name to the family to aid with the funeral services.
