GREENFIELD — The online portion of the ISTEP+ exam started Thursday in some local schools, and while there were computer glitches during the practice test, so far the exam is running smoothly, officials said.
Third-graders at Greenfield-Central schools started the test Thursday and did not experience problems, assistant superintendent Ann Vail said. But more students will begin taking the test next week, and administrators are bracing for frozen computer screens, problems logging in and more.
