Zion Lutheran hoops teams take on parents

The girls and boys varsity basketball teams at Zion Lutheran School in New Palestine recently took on some of the parents and coaches in a friendly game of hoops. In the end, the parents won for the fifth year in a row with a score of 49-47. Mark Caster; Maddie Christian; Scott Engler; Mekhi Franklin; Megan McKinley; Zach Mitchell; Rylee Morris; Brett Reid; Evan Rudicle; Rylie Sturgeon and Payton Woodruff were all walked out onto the court by their parents.
