Harry G. Loar, 80, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015, at Community Hospital North. He was born on July 28, 1934, in Mitchell, Indiana, to Cecil and Violet Hoar.
He graduated from Mitchell High School, class of 1952. He worked at Blair window Products and retired as a delivery driver for Deering Cleaners.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ruth (Willis) Loar; son David (Barbara) Loar of Zionsville, Indiana; granddaughter Kathryn A Loar of Austin, Texas; brother Matthew E. Loar of Shalimar, Florida; brothers-n-law Joe Willis of Markleville, Indiana, Roy Dale Willis of Tucson, Arizona, Jerry Willis of Huber Heights, Ohio, Denzil Willis of Wilkinson, Indiana, David Willis of Peru, Indiana, Jerome Willis of Shirley, Indiana; sister-n-law Laura Willis of Indianapolis, and several nieces and nephews.
Harry is preceded in death by his parents; and sisters Alice Chastain and Idabelle Shoults.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
