Diana F. (Robinson) Rethmeyer, 55, of Anderson passed away on April 9, 2015, in her home following an extended illness. She was born on Nov. 26, 1960, in Greenfield, to the late John W. Robinson and Lucy Mary (Gill) Robinson.
Diana was a life-long resident of Madison County where she attended Pendleton Heights High School. She was a proud mother and grandmother who devoted her life to caring for her family.
Survivors include sons Gary (Jordan Pritchett) Rethmeyer of Brownsburg, and Jeremy (Brittany Reynolds) Rethmeyer of Anderson; brothers John Robinson of Stone, Kentucky, Rudy Robinson of Ingalls, Albert (Cindy) Robinson of Ingalls and George (Donna) Robinson of Markleville; sisters Kathy Aynes of Missouri, Lucy (Danny) White of Markleville, and Sharon (Larry) Doyle of Pinsonfork, Kentucky, along with grandchildren Parker Rethmeyer, Lilly Rethmeyer, Paisley Rethmeyer, Jayla Rethmeyer, Aria Rethmeyer and Axel Rethmeyer. Numerous other loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Roy Robinson.
Diana’s family would like to extend their gratitude to her caring neighbors, Nicole Omosanya and Wayne & Elizabeth Miller.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at the Wilkinson Church of Christ, 7293 N. SR 109 in Wilkinson, Indiana, with Senior Minister Ryan McCarty officiating.
