New Palestine to offer summer driver’s training classes

NEW PALESTINE —  New Palestine High School’s Community Education Program, in conjunction with A.A. Indiana Driving School, will be offering two sessions of driver training this summer.

These sessions will meet as follows: June 1 to June 12 and July 6 to July 17.

Both classes meet at New Palestine High School, and classes are available to students from all area schools.

These classes will meet from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday for a total of 30 classroom hours. Each class also includes six hours of individual behind the wheel driving experience.

The cost of each class is $355.

Both classes will have a limit of 25 students and enrollment will be on a first come, first-served basis.

The enrollment period will continue until each class is full.

All students participating in driver’s training must be at least 15 years old.
