GREENFIELD — Residents looking for volunteer opportunities in Hancock County are invited to attend the ninth annual volunteer fair Wednesday.
It will showcase local volunteer opportunities for adults, youth and families who want to help the community.
Sponsored by the Hancock County Public Library, United Way of Central Indiana and Leadership Hancock County, the event will be conducted at the library, 900 W. McKenzie Road.
From 3 to 7 p.m., participants will be able to visit with representatives from more than 25 nonprofit organizations looking for occasional, short-term and long-term volunteers.
