Kevin B. Perry, 60, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Hancock Regional Hospital. He was born on March 10, 1955, in Greenfield as the son of James T. and Mary L. (Bland) Perry. He graduated from Greenfield Central High School in 1973.
He worked many years for Caldwell Gravel Sales (CGS) Morristown, Indiana, and was a former superintendent for the Hancock County Highway Department. Mr. Perry was a Colts and Pacers fan and loved hunting and fishing.
Kevin is survived by his children, Cheyenne (Bob) Barnes of New Palestine, Brent Perry (fiancée Tania Kessler) of Fortville, and Sarah Perry of Greenfield; brothers Tim K. Perry, Todd A. (Kelly) Perry, and Vince B. (Susan) Perry all of Greenfield; sisters Sheila F. Bennett and Trina E. Waggoner both of Greenfield; former wife and best friend Judy Baldwin; niece Dawn Eubanks along with several other nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James T. and Mary L. (Bland) Perry, and brother Bronie D. Perry.
Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. U.S. 40, Greenfield, IN, 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation. Pastor Adam Detamore will be officiating. A private burial will take place Friday, April 10, 2015, at Philadelphia Cemetery.
