The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Feb. 27

Shaun Slinkard pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 20 days executed and 525 days suspended; 525 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to the prosecutor for blood draw $93.50; driver’s license suspended 238 days; 265 days of alcohol monitoring device by Hancock County Community Corrections. Fine and cost: $768.

March 2

Craig M. Diell pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $1268.

Michelle Gough pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Sheila B. Diebold pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $768.

Bryan A. McMullen pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Burnis W. McElreath pleaded guilty to domestic battery; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed. Fine and cost: $168.

Nicholas Warren pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without being licensed; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 180 days informal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Megan M. Shipley pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days formal probation; anger management counseling. Fine and cost: $168.
