Baseball fans welcome at library for ballpark fun

GREENFIELD — Monday is opening day of baseball season.

Teens are invited to celebrate at the Hancock County Public Library at 4 p.m. by watching a game, eating ballpark food and making a bracelet out of an old baseball.

Museums art collection made searchable online

INDIANAPOLIS — More than 51,000 objects from the Indianapolis Museum of Art’s permanent collection now are available online at the museum’s website.

The new database has been revamped for speed and a more positive user experience with high-quality images available for personal, scholarly or commercial use.

Many of the three-dimensional works feature multiple views for a unique experience for online viewers. Visit the collections database at collection.imamuseum.org.

March Madness brings events to downtown Indy

INDIANAPOLIS — Stop worrying about your busted bracket and head to downtown Indy to soak up some March Madness from Friday through Monday.
