Feb. 26

Orlando Burgus-Aponte pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Danny Bernschneider pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw for $280.50; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court sentence. Fine and cost: $768.

Erica C. Lemon pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $768.

Brake pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 72 days executed and 293 days suspended; 293 days drug and alcohol probation; restitution to NineStar Connect for utility pole damage to be determined; driver’s license suspended 93 days. Austin Q. Park pleaded guilt to reckless driving; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 180 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Luis Albino pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 180 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Duane Curry pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.
