The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Jan. 22

Isabel M. Gies pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to the prosecutor for blood draw $280.50. Fine and cost: $768.

Jan. 30

Amy J. Saunders pleaded guilty to domestic battery; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; no contact with victim; anger management counseling. Fine and cost: $168.

Feb. 12

Andrea Lopez-Guzman pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280.50. Fine and cost: $768.

Christopher Ford pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with eight days executed and 357 suspended; 357 days of drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; driver’s license suspended 180 days. Fine and cost: $568.

Christopher Ford pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with eight days executed and 357 suspended; 357 days probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Ronald Shearl II pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 30 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Misty Parew pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic drugs; sentenced to 365 days in jail with two days executed and 363 days suspended; 363 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $568.

Rodney Smith pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; money management class. Fine and cost: $168.

Stephen B. Pitts pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed; open drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280.50; driver’s license suspended for 69 days.
