Thomas E. Haygood Sr., 84, of Greenfield, died Feb. 21, 2015. He was born Feb. 27, 1930, to the late Gerald and Charlene Davis Haygood.
Tom served his country in the Marine Corps for eight years serving in the Korean War.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., Indianapolis.
Tom is survived by his children, Thomas E. (Pamela) Jr., Dennis K. (Vickey), and Brian K. (Tracy) Haygood and Sharron K. (Thomas) McGuire; brother Jack Haygood; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Tom’s wife, Rachel Haygood, preceded him in death in 1992.
