Jan. 28

Misty K. Hughes pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; formal probation 355 days; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; defendant to work to obtain a valid driver’s license as a condition of probation. Fine and cost: $168.

Charles R. Moore pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days of drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 41 days; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $246.50. Fine and cost: $768.

Jarvis L. Jointer pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; drug and alcohol probation 365 days; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 15 days; Fine and cost: $768.

Roger Sinclair pleaded guilty to habitual traffic violation, a felony; sentenced to 545 days in jail with 180 days executed and 365 days suspended; formal probation 365 days; driver’s license suspended for life. Fine and cost: $168.

Jan. 29

Joshua Meeks pleaded guilty to fleeing law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail with six days executed and 359 days suspended; formal probation 359 days; anger management counseling. Fine and cost: $168.

Joshua Meeks pleaded guilty to criminal trespass; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Stanley R. Ewing pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of or consuming alcohol; sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $168.
