Jan. 29

Travis K. Shannon pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; drug and alcohol probation 365 days; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $280. Fine and cost: $1,268.

Tabatha N. Murphy pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; restitution to be determined; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Cost and fine: $168.

Jan. 30

Nicholi J. Leyh pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; drug and alcohol probation 355 days; 180 days of home detention; victim impact panel. Sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $768.

Nicholi J. Leyh pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 90 days executed and 275 days suspended; drug and alcohol probation 275 days; 275 days of home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 364 days; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
