Wanda Woosley, 91, of Morristown, died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at Waldron Health and Rehab in Waldron. She was born May 19, 1923, in Butler County, Ky., the daughter of Henry and Eva (Embry) Bratcher.
Wanda is survived by her sons, James (Faye) Tarrance of Salem, Mo., Leon (Kathy) Woosley of Miss., Eugene Woosley of Thailand, Barney (Linda) Woosley of Greenfield, and Jerry Len Woosley and Larry Woosley, both of Morristown; a daughter, Sue Woosley (Stephen) Drake of Indianapolis; 17 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Paul Leon Woosley, her husband, preceded her in death on Dec. 16, 2001. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Jack Tarrance and Don Tarrance; two brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, at the funeral home, with Bill Farmer officiating. Interment will be at Hanover Cemetery in Shelby County.
