Beverly C. Madsen, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away Jan. 26, 2015. She was born Dec. 11, 1946, in Equality, Ill., to the late William and Mary Frances Merritt Zumbaum.
Beverly married Terrance Madsen Dec. 12, 1964, and he preceded her in death June 26, 2004.
She was employed with Sam’s Club as a greeter for 13 years.
Beverly is survived by her children, Christopher M. Madsen, Kimberly D. Kinder and Danielle J. (Mickey) Cory; grandchildren, Amber N. Kinder, Jeffrey P. Kinder, Justin M. Cory and Haley E. Cory; and sister, Cheryl Zumbaum.
A brother, Wesley Zumbaum; and a sister, Barbie Houser; preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St. with funeral services Friday at noon.
