Ronald “Ronnie” R. Kendall, 70 of Greenfield passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015, at his home. He was born Nov. 2, 1944, to the late Herbert and Anna Mae (Neeley) Kendall.

Ronnie graduated from Philmoore High School in 1963, was a driver for USF Holland and with Teamsters Local 135 for 29 years prior to his retirement in 2007. He served in the Army during peace time and served again in the National Guard for 8 years.

Ronnie was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Mohawk, he loved to play golf with his sons and brothers, fishing, playing the guitar and singing, but most of all enjoying his children and his grandkids.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Sandra(Hogan) Kendall of Greenfield whom he married Aug. 31, 1973; children, Dawn Kendall-Mapes, Toby Kendall, Lanny (Michelle LaFlower) Kendall, Lenny Kendall,  Tonya (Bob) Linville; son-in-law, Michael Mapes; brothers, Phillip Kendall, Charles Kendall, Rodney Kendall; sister, Phyllis (Jean) Soloman and grandchildren, Amber Guffey, Jacob Guffey, Caleb Guffey, Isaiah Linville, Christopher Mapes, Garrett Mapes, Jayden Kendall, Chase Kendall and Tristan Kendall.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Wayne Kendall and Michael Kendall.

Friends may call 2 – 6 pm, Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, Indiana 46140. Services will be 2 pm, Monday, Jan. 12 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
