Riley Lou Toon, 85, of New Palestine, died Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2014. She was born on Feb. 28, 1929, in Indianapolis as the daughter of James and Lucille (Arvin) Angell.
Riley is survived by her three daughters, Christy (James) Harper of New Palestine; Cindy (Joseph) Larrabee of Superior, Wis., and Melody (David) Ulrey of New Palestine; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren with one on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald R. Toon; son, Charles “Sonny” Osborne, Jr.; and three brothers, Robert, Thomas and John Angell.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation. Pastor Dan Koenig will be officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
