Deborah L. Piper, 56, of Ingalls, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2014. She was born on Oct. 13, 1957, in Glasgow, Ky.
She is survived by her parents, Winnie Elizabeth (Turner) and William Edward Piper of Ingalls; brother, David Piper of Fortville; sisters, Linda Baldwin of Anderson, Cathy (Ron) Russell of N.C., and Elaine Bivens of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brother, Michael Piper and sister, Betty Piper.
