Everett Joe Wade, 76, of Ingalls, died at AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenfield, on Monday, Sept. 8, 2014. He was born April 16, 1938, in Russell Springs, Ky., to the late Everett Green and Lizzie Jo (Dowell) Wade.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley (Gearhart) Wade whom he married on Oct. 5, 1957, in Lawrence County, Indiana; children, Ben and Bart Wade, both of Fortville; Kelly (Bryan) Valentine of Port Orange, Fla.; and Julie (Scott) Johnson of Lebanon; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Phyllis (Herb) Riley of Bloomington; and brothers, Don (Zoe) Wade of Calif., and Phillip (Cindy) Wade of Fla.
Private family graveside services were held on Friday, Sept. 12, 2014, at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
