Robert “Bob” E. Shuler, 82, of Greenfield, formerly of Crawfordsville, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014, at Springhurst Health Campus. He was born on Aug. 13, 1932, in Los Angeles, Calif., as the son of Robert M. Shuler and Mary S. (Misch) Switzer.
He was married to Harriet Caroline (Hutchins) on Dec. 11, 1954. She passed away in 1998.
Bob is survived by his daughter, Dr. Sara Caroline Shuler of Decatur, Ga.; two sons, George Bradley (Lori) Shuler of St. Charles, Mo., and Richard Allen (Patty) Shuler of Greenfield; sister, Mary Ann Shuler Anderson of Duluth, Ga.; three granddaughters; and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents.
