David Aaron Fandrei, 27, of New Palestine, passed away suddenly August 4, 2014, while visiting his Great Aunt in Florida.

Riding in a Mustang Convertible, in Florida, was a great thrill for him.  He was looking forward to a deep-sea fishing trip when the Lord called him home. David loved music and playing his guitar and hanging out with his friends. He recently developed an interest in jujitsu. He loved watching the Blackhawks and occasionally going to a game, or fishing with his Dad. He loved his family, and going places with them. He had a heart of compassion and was always there to listen and care for those around him. He could always make someone laugh, and was very quick witted. The most important aspect was David's faith in God. He was growing closer to God every day by reading the Word and attending Faith Church.

David is survived by his father and mother, David and Debbie (Beyers) Fandrei; sister, Deana (Fandrei) Stephens; brother-in-law, Greg Stephens; niece, Kendell Stephens; and nephew, Scott Stephens.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 11, 2014, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Hendryx in New Palestine. A gravesite service will follow at New Palestine Cemetery.

Memorials are to be made out to The National Epil
