Mildred Jean (Lynch) Ryan, 86, of Greenfield, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014. She was born on July 23, 1927, in Athens, Alabama, as the daughter of John and Addie (Andrews) Lynch. She graduated from Athens High School and was married to James F. Ryan.
She is survived by her son, J. Kevin (Gail) Ryan of Greenfield; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Addie Lynch; husband, James Ryan; and brothers, James and Jessie Lynch.
Visitation will be from 5- 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A eulogy will follow at 7 p.m.
