Hazel B. Garrett , 88, of Greenfield, died Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Born Feb. 19, 1926, in Hancock County, and is the daughter of the late Forest A. and Lula (Carlton) Johnson.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry (Becky) Garrett, Terry Garrett; two foster sons, George Bruce (Kay) Stoelting of Indianapolis, Randy (Valerie) Brown of Greenfield; one foster daughter, Carrie (Bob) Erwin of Lapel; several grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Garrett; a foster son, Bill Stoelting; a foster daughter, Delpha Burton; two brothers, Melvin and Paul Johnson and two sisters, Mary Anna Baker and Lottie May McCorkle.
Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2014, in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2014, in the Willow Branch United Methodist Church burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield.
