Nancy Ann Jones, 71, of Greenfield, passed away Sunday, March 16, 2014, in Greenfield. Nancy was born in Fort Wayne on June 24, 1942, to the late Margaret (Walsh) and Dr. Joseph Baltes.
She was an ESL Teacher for IPS School District. Nancy use to own KFC in Greenfield, Yarn & More in Greenfield and the Village Chalet in Metamora. She volunteered at the Soup Kitchen, was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Greenfield.
Survivors include sons, Paul (Barbara) of Greenfield, Shawn (Rita) of Elmwood, Ill., Edward of Indianapolis and Phillip Jones of Greenfield; brother, Edward Baltes; grandchildren, Scott, Ryan, Drew, Sheena, Shyann, Ashley, Nicole and Austin and great-grandchild, Jayden.
Proceded in death by parents; husband, David R. Jones and brothers, Dick and Joe Baltes.
Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014, at the mortuary. Services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel with Msgr. William Stumpf Officiating.
