Linda J. (Kingen) Harlow, 56, of Fortville, passed away Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. She was born March 13, 1957, in Greenfield and was a 1975 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School.

Linda was a dental assistant for Arlington Dental Group for 37 years and much-loved by her patients, family and friends. She was very artistic and a member of the Indiana Gourd Society; Faith Lutheran Church; life-member of Harley Owners Group; 27-year member of ABATE; 10-year member of 4-H; and loved camping, fishing, bird-watching, auctions and caring for her nieces and nephews.

Linda is survived by her husband, of 35 years, Keith Harlow; her mother, Phyllis (Miller) Kingen of Greenfield; brother, Gary W. (Christy) Kingen of McCordsville; sister, Kathy L. (Dennis) Shoufler of Fortville; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald A. Kingen in 1998.

Friends may call from 3 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at Faith Lutheran Church, Greenfield. Burial will immediately follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
