Myrna Mayhew, 76, of Greenfield, passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2014, at St. Vincent Hospital, Carmel. She was born on Oct. 30, 1937, in Farmersburg, Ind., to Carl P. Engle and Doris (Dale) Engle.
She graduated Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis in 1955 and then married Michael Mayhew on April 12, 1965. She was a homemaker and enjoyed doing many different crafts.
Myrna was preceded in death by her brother, Carol Engle and her parents.
Myrna is survived by her husband, Michael Mayhew; her children, Rick (Cheryl) Mayhew, Noblesville, Theresa (Roger) Washburn, of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Amanda, Shelby and Kendall Mayhew and Joe, Sam and Jessica Washburn and five great -grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, 2014, at the funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, 1780 West Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Burial will follow service at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
