John Robert Brosseit, 55, of Greenfield, unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014, at his residence. He was born on Nov. 30, 1958, in Grand Haven, Mich., as the son of Robert Brosseit and Barbara (Clark) Sackett.
John graduated from Pontiac Central High School in Pontiac, Michigan in 1977, and then went on to receive his technical certification from Lincoln Technical Institutute. He worked for Stoops Freightliner in Indianapolis as a Warranty Administrator.
He is survived by his mother and father, Barbara and Roger Sackett; sons, Nathan and Anthony Brosseit; daughter, Sabrina Brosseit; sisters, Pammala (John) Maze, Michelle (Leigh) Sackett-Waltz, and Robin Pease; and two grandchildren, Colin and Susan.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.
A visitation and memorial service will be held on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield. One hour of visitation will begin at Noon and the memorial service will follow, at 1p.m. Pastor Russ Jarvis will be officiating.
