Marvin Ray Flowers, 61, died Jan. 3, 2014. Marvin was born on March 14, 1952, in New Castle, to Raymond and Thelma (Hall) Flowers.
Marvin is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Tyler) Flowers, and his children and their spouses, his daughters, Jodi (Daniel) Hoard and Misty (David) Rosenberg; son, Matthew Flowers; mother, Thelma (Hall) Flowers of Greenfield; sisters, Mary (John) Grissom of Leesburg, Fla. and Myla (Roger) Scott of New Palestine; brother, James Martin (Margaret) Flowers of Gilbert, Ariz.; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Flowers.
A visitation will be held at Noon on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Rupp Funeral Home on S. Custer Road in Monroe, Mich. Following the visitation, Marvin's funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. also at Rupp Funeral Home.
