John Floyd Stiverson, 60, of Greenfield, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, 2013. He was born on May 12, 1953. in Celina, Ohio, the son of Fay and Alberta (Hoel) Stiverson.
John received his Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel College. He married Angela (Huettl) Stiverson on May 12, 2012 at St. James Lutheran in Greenfield.
He owned his own business in plastics. John was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Society of Plastics Engineers, and the NRA.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angela; brothers, Edson (Dolores) Stiverson and Cecil (Karla) Stiverson; sister, Dawn (Ray) Yates; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his first wife, Gail; and father, Fay.
Visitation will be on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, from 4 until 7 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013, at 11 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, 1741 S State St. Greenfield, IN 46140, with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Larry Gember will be officiating.
