Patricia L. Allen, 75 years, a resident of Greenfield, passed away Thursday morning, Dec. 19, 2013, at Hancock Regional Hospital, Greenfield. She was born May 17, 1938, in Monrovia, Ind., to the late Robert W. & Ethel J. (Tuck) Rushton.
She was a graduate of Monrovia High School, worked as a hair dresser for Riley Towers, L. S. Ayres both of Indianapolis, was a former secretary for the old McCordsville School and was a Home Interiors Consultant. Patricia loved to collect antiques, attend auctions and decorate.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Ross) Striebeck of Delphi, Ind.; 3 sons, Rick (Brenda) Allen of Ferdinand, Russ (Martha) Allen of Indianapolis, Ron (Becky) Allen of Charlottesville.; a brother, Robert E. Rushton of Haslett, Mich.; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lee Allen in 2005; sisters, Roberta Miller & Katie Tucker.
Visitation will be 4 until 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel of Greenfield. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, Indiana.
