Betty Joan Sommers, 77, Indianapolis, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2013. Betty was born May 28, 1936, in Crawfordsville, Ind., to the late William L. Horn and Lorine Harrison Horn.
She is survived by her children, Bobby (Mark) Farner, Teresa (Todd) Coe, Michael (Therese) Sommers and Tina (Tom) Lundy; several grandchildren; great-grand children; sister, Sherrill LaShelle, of Colorado, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Donald Horn and sister, Sandra England.
Family viewing will be 10-11 a.m., friends from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. with a service at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013. Services will be held at Oakley-Hammond, Moore & Kirk Irvington Chapel 5342 E. Washington Street, Indpls. IN 46219. Burial will be in Crawfordsville, Ind.
