Gavin Leo Ebersole , Infant, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Hancock Regional Hospital.
Gavin is survived by his parents Shane M. Ebersole of Knightstown and Sara L. Mills of Greenfield; grandparents, Gary and Trina Ebersole of Knightstown and Mary Daulton of Greenfield; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013, at Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stillinger Family Funeral Home, Pasco Chapel, Greenfield.
