Robert E. Blazer, 68, of Fortville, died Saturday Oct. 19, 2013, in Fishers. He was born May 21, 1945, in Indianapolis.
He served in the Air Force.
He is survived by his wife Loretta J. (Schmitz) Blazer, whom he married Sept. 22, 1967; daughters: Deanne (Tammy Kearns) Blazer-Winter of Indianapolis; Karla Blazer-Deering of Fishers; and Kathy (Kevin) Blazer-Williams of Edgewood; eight grandchildren; four great- grandchildren; brothers, Frank and Roger Roberts; and sister Betty Deal.
He was preceded in death by his brother, John W. Blazer, Jr.; father, John W. Blazer; mother, Roberta (Hinshaw) Ball.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A Celebration of Robert’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at the funeral home.
