Blaine A. Coomer, 61, Indianapolis, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013. He was born on Jan. 24, 1952, in Anderson, to James and Nell (Herrell) Coomer.
He is survived by his wife, Terri Coomer; three sons, Andrew, Jacob, and Blake Coomer, all of Indianapolis; one granddaughter; and a brother, Gary (wife, Nancy) Coomer of Springboro, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Cory Clark; a granddaughter; and a brother, Jeff Coomer.
Visitation was from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 North Main Street, Lapel. A funeral service was held at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, 2013, at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home in Lapel.
