Johnnie Niece, 66, of Greenfield, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, in Greenfield. He was born on Jan. 2, 1947, in Whitesburg, Ky., as the son of Lark and Delphia (Adkins) Niece.
He is survived by his sons, Jim (Anitra) Niece of Ohio, Chase Niece of Ohio; brother, Bill Niece of Florence, Ky.; and three grandchildren.
Johnnie was preceded in death by his parents; son, John Niece Jr.; brothers, Eugene, Francis, Jimmy Dean; and an infant sister.
Arrangements are being handled by Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield.
