Audrey I. Magee
Audrey I. Magee, 90, Carthage, passed away in Greenfield on August 11, 2013. She was born in Hagerstown on July 17, 1922, to the late Raymond and Jeannette (Dale) Dumford.
She worked at the Carthage Elevator for several years as a book keeper. She will be greatly missed by four daughters, Jacqueline S. Magee, Cheryl E. (Robert) Cole, Marsha L. (Michael) Gorman, and Deborah J. (Joe) Martin; son, Ronald W. Magee; two brothers, Omar Dumford and Herbert Dumford; and her sister, Marjorie Cook.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and loving husband, William; several brothers and sisters; one granddaughter; and two great-gransons.
Visitation was from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Heritage Funeral Care in Knightstown. Services for Audrey will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Carthage with Roger Campbell presiding.
