Faye A. Smith, 75, of Morristown, died Saturday, July 27, 2013. She was born Aug. 7, 1937, in Gwynneville, the daughter of Purnal J. and Mabel (Enos) Tracy. She married Jack D. Smith on January 14, 1956, and he preceded her in death on May 6, 1983. She married Bill Smith on June 12, 2002, and he survives.
Other survivors include her daughter, Melissa Smith of Nashville, Tenn.; stepsons, Brian Smith of Ky and Greg Smith of New Castle; sisters, Zona G. (Thomas) Lee of Morristown and Loretta M. Purcell of LaGrange, Ind.; brothers, Purnal J. Tracy, Jr. of Osceola, Wisc. and Harry I. Tracy of Greenfield; several stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Renee Smith; and a stepson, Jeff Smith.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at Freeman Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Frazier Chapel, 124 E. North St. in Morristown. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
