Lawrence David “Larry” Laut, 67, Anderson, died Sunday, July 14, 2013. He was born on Aug. 1, 1945, in West Lafayette, Ohio to Kenneth and Dorothy (Potts) Laut.
He served in the U. S. Army in the Vietnam War where he was awarded the bronze star.
He is survived by two sons, Timothy (Lisa Stewart) Laut of Anderson and Todd Laut of Houston; three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, of 39 years, Meredith Ann (Wanner) Laut; and one brother, Thomas Laut.
There will be no visitation or service.
The family would like to extend their heart-felt appreciation to the 5th floor staff at Community Hospital and the Lapel Fire Department.
