Victoria "Vicki" (Scroggs) Langdon, 68, of Fortville, passed away July 5th, at her residence. She was born on Nov. 24, 1944, in Morristown, Tenn. as the daughter of Laura (Ward) Webb. She married George W. Langdon on Dec. 22,1963.
She worked as a homemaker her whole life. She loved gardening, working in her apple orchard, and also enjoyed working at the Hancock County Farmer's Market. Vicki was an avid bowler. She loved her animals and watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy.
Surviving her are her daughters, Lora (Nick) Kendall of Centerville, Letisha (Greg) Langdon-Werden of Greenfield, LaRhea Langdon of Westfield, and Laci (Shane) Partlow of Westfield; and five grandchildren, Alec, Noel, Logan, Nicolas and Graci.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; step-father, Art Webb; grandson, Christopher Hauck; and sister, Bobbi Emmons.
Visitation will be from 3 until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 6 p.m.
