Herschel B. Foster, 87, of Fountaintown, went to see the Lord on June 15, 2013.
He retired from Western Electric after being there 33 years.
He is survived by his wife, of 64 years, Anna Lue; daughters, Marcia (Bob) Sebastian of New Palestine, Patricia (Skip) Borton of Freeport, Donna (Linda) Johnson of Richmond and Robin (Joe) Mendenhall of Boggstown; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; one brother; two sisters and his dog, Harley.
He is preceeded in death by one son, Chris Foster; a daughter, Denise Foster and one grandson, Joshua Borton.
Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, Fountaintown, with funeral service at 3 p.m. with Pastor David Huff officiating.
