Margie E. Brown, 86, of Greenfield, died June 4, 2013. She was born in Mount Hope, Ala., on Nov. 23, 1926, to the late Bevlin and Minnie Smith.
She is survived by her sons, Michael, Layne, and David Brown; nine grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; her parents; and her siblings.
A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m., on Friday, June 7, 2013, at Bethel Baptist Church, Greenfield. Friends may call from11:30 until service time. She will be laid to rest, with her husband, at Park Cemetery.
