Charlie Robertson, 91, of McCordsville, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, at Hancock Regional Hospital. Born on Sept. 1, 1921, in Indianapolis, he was the son of Wilbur and Marie (Vogelsang) Robertson. He served in the Army during World War II. He married LuVerne (Ledgerwood) Robertson on April 27,1946.
Surviving him are his daughters, Suzanne (Roger) Kemman of Beloit, Wis., and Annette (Steve) Steimel of Greenfield; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife; two brothers, Thomas and William Robertson; a grandson; and a granddaughter.
Cryptside Service will be at 1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Washington Park East. Mark Watkins will be officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield, Indiana.
